When enquiring whether we can do a repair please give us the following information and we can establish whether it is possible for us to do.
1) Value of piece - this is necessary for insurance cover.
2) Description of piece i.e. type of metal, stones etc.
3) Type of repair.
Please DO NOT SEND ANY WORK BEFORE we have verified that we can do the repair, email us at pandpmontagnon@gmail.com or telephone 07913 851 635 and we can discuss the repair and confirm that it is possible to do. Then please ask us for our postal address as we no longer use a P.O. Box due to reliability issues.
We recommend SPECIAL DELIVERY post for security. On receipt of the piece we will be able to quote a price and time to do the work, usually about two weeks. |
